I jammed my finger playing golf and it had been swollen a few weeks. I saw this and figured it would be easier than a regular ice pack. It definitely helps! I think it stays cold long enough but you couldn’t wear it overnight. My fingers are skinny so it would slip off easily if I tilted my hand down but if I kept it level to upright, no issues. It isn’t sticky. I think if you have an issue with a finger, it’s a really good option.

I have RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS and in the morning my fingers are bad. These help! It says to not leave in freezer I do. They get cold. COLD COLD. I only do a few minutes on a few minutes off. Also I roll the ice pack on it doesn’t simply slip on. They’re great. The reviews saying it hurts is because it’s a ice pack and putting ice on always is uncomfortable. They definitely work well.

They are SUPER cold from the freezer - I will probably keep them just in the fridge I think. And I use a cotton finger cot (a little finger sleeve) under it. The liquid within the cold/hot pack is evenly distributed and doesn’t clump like gel does. The material is able to stretch a lot to accommodate varying sized heads.
